Complete chaos. Conflicting contracts, altered and missing paperwork, and an open TxDMV investigation into violations. Nothing is organized, nothing makes sense, and nothing adds up. Yo-yo scams are their specialty. They have done this too many times to previous customers but were pushing back.
DO NOT trust Toyota of Longview. They lie about what is available and in stock in order to get you to the dealership. When you get there after driving 2 hours, they tell you the car was sold "15 minutes ago." Don't trust email confirmations or a salesman calling himself Gus.
I highly recommend Tristan! He was absolutely amazing! He took great care of us. Everything went smoothly. He has a great personality & very respectful. Purchased my fifth vehicle in Longview and they have always been first class with Service and best pricing. Tried Tyler but no thank you, shady operation over in Tyler.
They gave me a price in writing, then changed the price on the contract without telling me. Then gave me my paperwork on a flash drive so I didn't catch it. These guys are crooks. When I contacted them they were unprofessional and rude! I've been telling everyone! And yesterday I cost them a sell. My friend was buying a new Toyota and I talked her into going to Texarkana. She was about to go to Longview. I will continue to cost them more money than they screwed me out of. Crooks!
I don't believe they performed any work on my car but yet I was charged $159 for cleaning out the sunroof drain channels. Couldn't get anyone on the phone who knew if the car was ready. When I got to the dealership, my car was parked on the lot with no number inside and no sign anyone had worked on it. Usually there is a paper floor mat and a paper number hanging on the rear view mirror. Total rip off! Service manager was not there to talk to and nobody else knew anything!
I can’t say at this point I’d recommend the dealership at all just our salesman Tony! After leaving I found a dent on the roof a couple of days later (truck was parked under protection) that was missed and when trying to get help or it fixed the “dent” guy says he doesn’t remember it and we will be charged to fix it! The only place in Texas that has any selection of Pre-owned vehicles. I needed a Truck and actually found a second car for my son to drive to college. Well staffed and knowledgeable. The Dealer even came around to thank us for the opportunity to help us!! Classy and will go back there forever. Toyota for life.

Worst dealership ever. I was in contact with this dealership to buy a Sienna. They called me and said, 'You are next in line, so we want to run your credit.' I specifically asked them not to run my credit unless I authorized them, as I wanted to ensure it was done after we agreed on the numbers. Unfortunately, after running my credit, the salesperson called me and said he had sold the car to somebody else. They played us so just wanted to make sure this doesn’t happen to anybody else.
I bought my new Tundra here. The sales people (Corban and Giselle) were awesome. Very friendly, attentive, and personable. Answered all questions and took care of everything I needed. The transaction was quick and smooth.
Worst buying experience ever. They screwed up our paperwork & didn't even bother to let us know the financing had fell through. We had to chase them for weeks to even get a returned phone call & were treated horribly by the sales manager Amber. She outright lied to us and threatened us repeatedly when they found out we consulted with a lawyer over their mess. Did everything they could to bully us into signing a new contract & refused to provide us with copies of documents we signed. Absolutely do not purchase a vehicle here!

Made a deal on a Camry....when the salesman showed me the payment, I thought it was a little high, so I asked him what the interest rate was and he said he had know idea, I would have to ask the "finance guy". I declined all "add-ons" like maintenance and extended warranty packages since my payment was already higher than I thought it should have been. I bought my 2021 Toyota Highlander there. The staff was so friendly and efficient. I would recommend Toyota of Longview to everyone.
Terrible service! My sister is handicapped and bought a new car from them and they refused to put the plates on when they came in. They told her to put them in her front window which was dumb because they slide off with every turn. Plus what place does not put the bracket on and plates when you purchase a new car from them? I think it was because they were lazy and just didn’t want to do it!

By far the most overrated dealership around. To be fair the purchasing process was pretty smooth, enough that we came back for a second vehicle. The service department is another story. DO NOT FALL FOR PURCHASING ADDITIONAL SERVICING FROM THE DEALERSHIP. They make it seem so great a wonderful but all it is just problem after problem.

Paper work for service was ready upon arrival. Courteous staff, status update of work in progress, recommend additional work which was performed only after discussing the issue and getting my permission to proceed. Clean waiting room. Staff asks for if I needed any drinks or snacks while I waited. Very timely completion of work.
My car was services quickly and everything that I asked to be checked was checked for me. The shop and waiting area was spotlessly clean.
Had to get my Highlander in yesterday morning for a battery check was told you were short of technitions and I would have to leave it over night. But somehow you came through and got my new battery in and I brought it back home.
Came from out of town to look what your dealership had to offer. Was very pleased with staff and options I will return when ready to buy.
After completing some recall service, we found the floor mat just thrown in the back of the car and not replaced when pulled up to perform whatever needed to be done in the back 3rd seat row. In addition to the floor mat, our back plastic mat was waded up in a bundle. Looks like they never even tried to straighten out the mess they created.
Efficient, friendly, timely and fair. made appointment, service department was right on time. Plus the shuttle was there to provide a ride home. Thank you.
This was my last free check up with Toyota care program. This has been great service and fast too, but how much service does a new truck need, I mean duh it's a Toyota after all. They are suppose to be the leading edge on dependable after all.Service was good, gave me a print out of things that were checked on this truck.They have always left the truck in a clean condition, even put my front floor mat back... great work guys. thank you

It cost me $100 to change oil and rotate tires. Never again I will go somewhere else! They also always want to change my filters. Okay so my filters need changing, guess what, went Walmart and pay $16 for the engine air filter (Toyota wanted about $50.00 for just the engine air filter, and $12 for the cabin air filter (Toyota wanted $30 for a cabin air filter) If you spend that much money there purchasing a vehicle then oil change should be half price and rotating tires should be free. But Toyota of Longview is always been horrible.
My experience with Toyota of Longview consistently has been positive, despite a change in ownership (formerly Pat Lobb's Toyota) and changes in personnel. Sales and service staff are friendly, courteous, and professional.
Beautiful facility. Jason the sales manager came out and greeted us during the sale. He also addressed issues we were having with the sales person. Jason was courteous and professional.

All was good, surprised at how quick it was. Comfortable waiting area, so you could spread out because of covid! I also purchased some parts while there and they had everything.
I was very upset that when I arrived at the dealer and was told that the safety recall part was on order , I had schedule this appointment a week earlier , I should had a call telling me that part was not here Here it is another week and I still have not heard from dealer on the safety recall part I have purchase or lease vehicle from this dealer for the last 8 years , but I am not sure if I will again Mike Corson
Poor. Had to bring truck back next day because a hose wasn’t connected right. Engine light came on when I was halfway home. I live over 45 miles away one way. Truck wasn’t vacuumed out either. Service at this dealership has deteriorated
I’m in the military. I bought my car here while I was on leave, so I could have a reliable vehicle to get me to South Carolina. I wasn’t given a spare key but was promised I would get one ASAP. My salesman fell through and was giving me what felt like a run around. Luckily I got ahold of Jillian! She was able to get me my key quickly with little to any effort on my part. Went pretty quickly, nice waiting room with free drinks and snacks, appropriate maintenance and NO attempt to sell me anythjng. Everyone was pleasant and professional.
It took 6 weeks to get a second key for a brand new vehicle after constant promises. Also, very dishonest in sharing finance offers; worst customer service in 30 years.
$70 for an oil change? Price is out of line for this area at this time. Can get the same thing all over town for $39. Have you heard oil prices are down?Wait time a little excessive.
I have bought many vehicles in my life from other dealerships and Toyota Of Longview out beats them all, They have the best sales team and service team around

I called today to get information on a part for my vehicle. The price seemed a bit off, so I asked for a part number. They refused to provide the part number, saying it's policy not to give part numbers.
I called a different dealer, who provided a different price and gave me the part number.

The service department was very prompt in diagnosing the issues with my air conditioning. Larry was very helpful and communicated throughout the entire process. The invoice was around $1,000 less than I had been quoted at a local shop. I am impressed
Nearly all of my experiences have been poor. I always have an appointment but nearly always wait 1 hour until my car is taken back. I'm looking for another service center. No name tags and no one introduces themselves. How could I know who to praise or complain about? Furthermore, during the pandemic, they did not have hand sanitizer available, no employees were wearing masks, and no sanitizing of surfaces was seen in the waiting room. Yuk
Dealership is clean, employees are courteous, and shuttle driver was prompt appreciated; The services I requested were fulfilled and the recall for my Avalon was taken care of.

Bought a used car and only drove it 600 miles and had a major oil leak then the transmission went out. The service department was fantastic but the sales department had a I don’t care attitude. I have bought three cars from them and will not buy another.

After my last visit with my wife’s car, when we tried to open the glove compartment. It would not open. The reason was that the cover for the in cabin air filter had not been fully installed and had came off blocking the glove compartment. In this service, I did not get the paper about the multi point inspection. When I asked and they checked, I was told that my service rep had not requested one. My total service was $600 and they didn’t inspect anything...
Had a great experience buying my used 2020 Toyota Corolla. Rick made it an easy and transparent car buying experience, great service too. Unfortunately the car that I bought didn’t come with a spare but Rick had a new key made no charge and even threw in a free car wash and mats after traveling back to Longview from Tyler to pick up the key.

My 2012 Prius broke down with a very costly repair. Between the service Dept. and New Car Sales (and Rental) they took care of me.
Clean facility. Humans are courteous. Sales staff follows up with phone call. Service is courteous, however service has failed to repair problem after I delivered vehicle. Part was not in stock. Had to return at later date. Slight inconvenience
I scheduled my appointment with Carolyn. She was okay but Teeto in the service department was outstanding! He took care of us In a professional manner with an upbeat personality and a great attitude. My husband and I both had our vehicles serviced and Both vehicles were completed when promised.

He made sexist remarks to my wife as we were about to test drive a car that was obviously not serviced. He then pointed out that the internet price is the best price with no haggling . Great salesman! He is and always has been (bought our last Toyota from him too!) friendly, easy to deal with, thorough in his explanations and honest. I have felt that he offered the best price and the least hassle I have ever had. I do not enjoy the process of buying a new vehicle but Mr Cogburn makes it easier. I live about an hour from the dealership. I appreciate that I am able to wait in their nice waiting area while my car is serviced. They usually complete the work in about an hour although sometimes is may take longer depending on what type of service is required.

I have a month-old car that one morning had absolutely no power. The car was transported to Toyota of Longview on a Friday. It was fixed and returned Monday. Good service done in a timely manner. LandCruiser was returned in immaculate condition. My only disappointment was that they could not do a state inspection.
Had an issue with my service, my battery was damaged while my vehicle was being serviced. I didn’t realize this until I drove all the way home and had to turn around and go back to the dealership. I did receive a new battery. Since then I found a large bolt sitting in the passenger floor board. A little neevous that something was taken apart and not put back together. Hope not.

Disappointed in this visit. I was on time for my appointment, a simple oil change took an hour & thirty minutes. I received no explanation, & no apology.
I went to buy my car since my lease was up April 4 2020. The first Sale man I had was great. Then he had to go get help. The other guy came out told I had five options and he started telling me my options. Then he told me if I purchase my car I would have to pay all tax, license and and title on the car. My Son and I got up and walked out. Then I got three credit alerts that y'all had ran my credit three times.

I called for an appointment for my 2019 Sequoia 20,000 mile maintenance. Was able to get in the same day and was done within an hour!
i got my oil changed and tires rotated and an inspection, it was fast and service department is always helpful and friendly. I got my car right in and no waiting
I found exactly the Sienna I wanted at Toyota of Longview and Collin Thompson made the entire process smooth and hassle-free! I will go here first for our next vehicle.
Takes entirely too much time out of my workday (even with a scheduled appointment) to use dealership service for oil changes / tire rotations. Cost too much as well as takes too much time out of workday.
Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and friendly. The recall replacement took a little longer than anticipated although I had an appointment at 10 AM, they didn't start working on my car until two hours later. Other than that, it was a pleasant enough experience.
Much better than Marshall. Explained service completed. Advised tires would be needed soon. Showed me filters prior to replacing, unlike Marshall. Nice waiting area. Pet friendly.
Drop my car off for an oil change and recall. Was told it would be about an hour. 5 1/2 later it was ready

I brought my Prius in for LOF. Two things I specified were done correctly, the oil and tire pressure. While there, I was shown my dirty engine air filter and I said go ahead and replace it. Thirty to forty minutes later I was advised the filter I need was out of stock. Because of a longer than usual wait for service to be complete, the service advisor to her credit discounted my charges by a little over $9. Since I’ve been leasing cars at Longview my experience has been good. I’ve dealt with Ben Coburn for many years and have been totally pleased. He is always taking care of his customers.
I was nice to know that the time frame given us to get the job done was correct. Better service than Hyundy the day before when we had our oil changed. They were not prepared for the appointment, did not have parts needed and kept us waiting 3 hrs for part to arrive, The appt was made a week ahead and they should have be prepared.
Bought a 2007 Lexus RX 350 for 10000 dollars and only got one set of keys. Was told I would get 2. Called 2 weeks ago to inquire and I believe his name was Rick was going to call me back but never heard from him. I have since paid 125 for new key. I guess cheap car results in cheap service.
